A medical device with a rotating blade grinds a complete non-endodontically treated tooth removed of all visible tissue debris into 300 -1200um particles for the purpose of creating autogenous demineralized dentin matrix (ADDM).
The remnants are then placed into a small vial and treated with a specific cleanser for 10 min.
The cleanser is then removed and the particles cleansed with saline solution for 3 min.
