Syn: endosseous anastomosis.The lateral wall of the maxilla and the sinus membrane are supplied by the branches or the Posterior Superior Alveolar Artery (PSAA) and the Infraorbital Artery (IOA) which anastomose with each other on the lateral wall of the Maxillary Sinus. The anastomosis can be intraosseous or extraosseous(vestibular).
